Can I fold the Stroller Base with the Stroller Seat attached?

While it’s physically possible to fold the Stroller Base with Stroller Seat attached to the SmartHub™, it’s not optimal. We recommend removing the Stroller Seat and folding the Stroller Base separately.

Does Babysing car seat adapters for other brand car seats?

No. The Infant Car Seat and Toddler Car Seat are the only car seats designed to work with Babysing Baby strollers.

What happens if my stroller gets damaged during airline travel?

Unfortunately, airline damage is not covered under our customer warranty.

What's the best way to clean my stroller or car seat?

To clean the upholstery: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Washing inside a pillow case and in a front-loading washer is recommended. DO NOT USE BLEACH. Lay the upholstery flat to dry. Do not machine dry. Machine drying may cause excessive shrinkage and result in the upholstery not fitting the car seat properly. Re-install the upholstery once cleaned and completely dried. DO NOT use the car seat without the upholstery. To clean the sunshade: The sunshade may be spot cleaned with a damp sponge and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry the sunshade.

Where can I find my serial number on my stroller?

If you turn your Stroller Base upside down, on one of the front legs near the SmartHub™, you will find a silver rectangular sticker with the needed information.

Can I Use The Stroller Seat or Bassinet in the car?

The Stroller Seat is not a car seat. Only the Orbit Baby Infant Car Seat and Toddler Car Seat are child restraints approved for use in motor vehicles. Similarly, the Orbit Baby Bassinet is not approved for use as a carrycot in the vehicle.

Do You Ship Outside Of The United States?

We currently ship products to United States, Canada, China, Germany, Japan, France, Russian Federation.

Do You Ship To APO, FPO, Or DPO Addresses?

We apologize, but Orbit Baby currently does not ship products to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

How Do I Track My Order?

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation when your order ships. If applicable, a UPS tracking number will be included.

When Will My Order Ship?

If an item is not on backorder, it should ship within 48 business hours. Standard shipping via UPS Ground is 3-7 days.

Will All The Items In My Order Ship Together?

If you have ordered multiple products they will all ship out at the same time. If for some reason one or more of your products are on back order we will hold the order until all products are available to ship.

How do orders ship?

FedEx is our primary shipping provider, we also ship with USPS; depends on the item(s) and/or size of your order.
Free Shipping is available on orders over $99.99 to all US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
$5.99 shipping for items 1 pound and under to all US (excludes for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

If your shipping address is International:

Shipping outside of the US can be expensive, the cost is based on your location, just input your address to check the live rates. The price you see online is freight only, it does not include import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Do you ship to AFO/PO Boxes?

Yes, USPS only.

When will my order arrive?

It depends on your location, we ship all orders from Southern California:
•FedEx Ground – 5-7 business days to arrive,
•FedEx Express Saver – 7 business days,
•FedEx 2-Day – 7 business days
•FedEx Overnight – Next business day
•USPS  – 5-7 business days

Estimated delivery is based on your order being placed before 12:00pm CST Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

Where is my order?

You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Order Status. You will also receive a notification email with a tracking number for your order so you know when to expect it.

What's your company's return policy?

We accept returns for 30 days after purchase. We offer full refunds on unused merchandise, but we require you to ship the product back to us at your cost. YOU MUST SEND EMAIL TO: SALES@BABYSING.COM AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We charge a restocking fee for products that have been used (usually 25%).

If the item is broken or can’t work when you got it, we wil give you full refund or resent you a new one, if other reason, such as you don’t like the color or something else you want return, you need pay the return fee.

Stroller Return Policy

In addition to the policy guidelines outlined above, some additional policies are listed below.

Please set your stroller up at home on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with your child or children in it. Please test all stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface. Once the stroller has been used outside, we cannot accept the return as it can no longer be sold as new. If you find that your stroller is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange or refund your full purchase amount.

The item I want is not in stock, what do I do?

What if I am not satisfied with the purchase?

You can return opened, but unused items for up to 30 days for a full refund. If your product is defective we will fix the product at our cost, or send a replacement.
